Terms of use

Last updated October 14, 2026.

These terms apply to the Math Learner app for Android and for iPhone and iPad, and to this website. By downloading or using Math Learner you agree to them. If a child uses the app, the parent or guardian who set it up accepts these terms for them.

Which apps this covers

  • Android: Math Learner on Google Play. Google Play's Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.
  • iPhone and iPad: Math Learner: Fun Brain Games on the Apple App Store. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Math Learner for your family's own learning. Please do not copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of Google Play or the App Store.

Free and Premium

Math Learner is free to download. The first 15 levels of every world can be played for free, one lesson a day. Math Learner Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited lessons, all 50 levels in every world and the Grouping Galaxy bonus world. Coins, stars and badges earned in the app have no money value and cannot be exchanged.

Subscriptions and billing

  • On Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account; on iPhone and iPad, to your Apple ID. You are charged when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • To manage or cancel on Android, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. On iPhone and iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the paid period ends.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play on Android and by Apple on iPhone and iPad, under their refund policies.

Our content

Math Learner, Pip the owl, the app's artwork, sounds and lessons belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Educational content

We work hard to make lessons accurate and age-appropriate, but Math Learner is a learning aid and does not replace a teacher or school curriculum. The app is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Privacy

How the app handles information is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. We will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.
